As Insurance Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Lindsey Kauffman - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services including Auto, Home, and Life insurance.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
As Insurance Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Lindsey Kauffman - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services including Auto, Home, and Life insurance.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Assist clients with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle client inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain prior to employment)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
Compensation: $28,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
