What You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Using a customer-focused, needs-based approach to educate and sell insurance products.
- Assisting clients with policy applications, renewals, and navigating complex insurance options.
- Handling client inquiries with professionalism and timely responses.
- Maintaining accurate and detailed records of all client interactions.
- Consistently achieving and striving to exceed aggressive sales and production goals.
Who We’re Looking For:
- You hold—or can obtain prior to your interview—a Property and Casualty license in Texas.
- You bring strong communication and interpersonal skills combined with a resilient, sales-driven mindset.
- You are detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Experience in customer service or sales is preferred, but your motivation and ability to meet production goals are key.

Compensation: $32,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
